We collect your phone number and contact information for the sole purpose of facilitating communication related to your care at Fighting Myopia. This includes coordinating appointments, delivering follow-up instructions, and keeping patients and families informed throughout the myopia management process. Your information is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used outside the scope of your care.

Fighting Myopia implements appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal and protected health information (PHI). These measures include secure electronic health record storage through drChrono, a HIPAA-compliant EHR platform, controlled access to patient data limited to authorized clinical and administrative staff, secure SMS platform providers for all patient communications, and ongoing monitoring of system security and access.
